To honour this occasion, Prince Georg Friedrich laid a wreath on the queen&#8217;s sarcophagus in the mausoleum in Charlottenburg Palace Park on behalf of the House of Hohenzollern.<\/p>\n<p>Queen Luise of Prussia (1776\u20131810) was one of the most influential figures of her time. As wife of King Frederick William III, she was the focus of public attention during the Napoleonic Wars and was perceived by many of her contemporaries as the embodiment of duty, dignity and personal charisma.<\/p>\n<p>Luise died at the age of 34 at Hohenzieritz Castle. Her early death aroused great sympathy in Prussia at the time and contributed to her memory remaining alive for generations.<\/p>\n<p>The last image shows an AI-generated representation of the queen based on contemporary descriptions and depictions.
