Dear Guests,welcome to one of Germany’s most famous sites - Hohenzollern Castle.
Our castle is open throughout the year and can be visited daily with a guided tour. It is closed on December 24th 2008 only.
Opening Hours:
March 16th - October 31th:
9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
November 01th - March 15th:
10.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
The guided tours (in German) start every 15 to 30 minutes and take approximately 35 minutes. The group size can be up to 60 persons.
Tours in English and other languages for groups (20 persons and more), special tours or evening tours on request only.
Exclusive tours (less than 20 persons) are charged with a special fee.

Tickets for the castle can be obtained at the castle entrance tower or at the information.
Meeting point for groups is at the information in the court yard. The whole visit of the castle, including the castle grounds, the casemates and the secret passage, takes about two hours.
Cars and busses can be parked on the parking lot. From there, a 20 minutes walk leads you up the footpath to the castle. For your convenience a charged bus shuttle service operates regularly in summertime from the parking lot to the entrance.
